As a keynote speaker and trainer, Trey delivers messages on topics such as leadership, communication, and teamwork. As a coach, Trey encourages and equips managers and leaders to reach their potential. Trey also conducts corporate assessments and creates systems for improvement in all size businesses.
Trey grew up in Garner, NC and graduated from NC State University in 1991 with a B.A. in Communications and Public Relations. Trey uses the training he received in the corporate world, including time as a trainer and spokesperson for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., to help build people in their personal and professional lives.
Between corporate America and working as a consultant, Trey also spent several years in ministry as Executive Pastor at a 1500 member church. Corporate and church environments shaped Trey's journey, and in 2004 he founded his own training organization called The Mustard Seed Company.
Trey and his wife, Corinne, have three children, Sarah, Sydney, and Sloane. Trey's specialties include executive coaching, facilitating, and developing effective systems to build people and business.
