Called2Business Bio – Steve Lineberger

Steve Lineberger grew up in Northern Virginia and graduated with a BA and MBA from Wake Forest University.  Steve worked at Sara Lee in marketing and general management and finished his career there as President and CEO of Sara Lee Casualwear.  Despite a tremendous amount of success at Sara Lee, Steve felt called to accept an Executive Pastor position, similar to a Chief Operating Officer role, with First Presbyterian in Winston Salem.

Steve served seven years at First Presbyterian before being called back to the marketplace in 2006 where he is currently serving as Senior Vice President / General Manager for Krispy Kreme.   Steve is very involved in the Winston Salem community where he serves on several non-profit boards.  Steve and his wife, Molly, have been married for 24 years and have three children.  Steve brings a wealth of experience having been a Minister in the Marketplace and a Vocational Minister in a church.
